It is a good business elegant style, be wary that it can get slightly tight on the waist band, so feel free to order up a size, it wouldn't be hard to find a thread match and take in the sides. It is slightly short in the back and a pair of bottoms should be worn under to stop any potential flashing when bending over, also Due to the silky interior it does start to ride up when going up steps. But the outside is so soft and velvety, even though its not velvet. It lasts well in the washer and dryer so no need to worry about that. The color is identical to the picture.
